To create these services, I had to build tools and processes to make website building extremely easy. Using the Joomla CMS has huge advantages, but it takes many hours to put a site together. Creating a basic site with basic functionality and a simple content structure requires at least 18 hours of work. After the basics are created, the site needs to be customized for each client.

Most Churches have similar requirements types of information they present to their community. This is also true for most community groups and non-profit organizations. Also, they have typical add-on functionality needed

their history
about their community
sermon podcasts
scripture references
listing of study groups
support services
etc...

I just couldnt afford to take the time needed for every church and build it from scratch.

After many hours of reseach and testing, I found a way to create site templates - not look and feel templates - but actual working sites.

Now each these working templates can be installed on a new domain in under 10 minutes; from domain registration to woking site. Of course there is customization required (e.g. graphics, logos, and any content transfer), but this method produces far more quickly.
